A must experience for guests of the desert – a half hour camel ride in a stunningly beautiful trail along the Nabataean Incense Route, overlooking the impressive scenery of the Zin valley, Sede Boker and the white limestone hills of Havarim River. At the end of the ride you’ll have a chance to rest and refresh yourselves in the Chan’s Bedouin tent, and enjoy true desert hospitality.
An extreme Safari motor ride – for groups
For adventure and field lovers – a journey in a stable and spacious 4X4 vehicle will lead you to the region’s most special spots: the Nekarot River in the Ramon Crater, the wonderful Karkom Mountain, and even to the natural pools in the Zin valley. The vehicle can seat 32 passengers, therefore this is an ideal activity for groups and travelling parties.
Traditional Bedouin hospitality in Chan Hashayarot – for groups
True Bedouin hospitality with Sheikh Salam, a storyteller who will tell you about the Bedouin way of life and customs of the desert, while conducting the renown Bedouin coffee ceremony, and spice it all up with tales of the Arabian nights, both for children and adults. The ceremony takes place in the Chan’s Bedouin tents, and includes sweet and fragrant herbal tea, authentic black coffee and baklava.
Abseiling in the Ramon Crater – for groups
Abseiling down the Ramon Crater’s spectacular cliffs will surly give you a thrilling adrenalin rush. The activity is guided by an experienced and skilled professional crew from a number of sites at different heights and levels of the Ramon Crater cliffs.
